Paying Tuition Fees

As a student at the ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ, you will be required to pay tuition fees for each year of your course. Continuing students will have an amount to pay before re-enrolment. Depending on the type of programme and study level, the cost of tuition can vary.

2026/27 Entry Undergraduate Study

Whichever method you choose, you will be asked to pay your fees in two stages.

Year One

Stage One

Stage 1 - a deposit of £8,000 is due after you accept an unconditional offer and before we issue you with a CAS number.

Students from Bangladesh, India and Pakistan should ensure they have completed their Pre-CAS interview after submitting their CAS request and before paying this deposit. Please refer to your offer letter for further details. Sponsorship letters will be accepted providing that the correct letter structure is adhered to.

If you do not require a Student visa to study in the UK, you will just need to pay the deposit which will be outlined in your offer letter.

Full details of your payment structure will be included in your offer letter. If outlined in your offer letter as a requirement, failure to complete the additional enrolment payment will prevent enrolment.

Stage Two

The balance of fees is to be paid in a single instalment by the end of the first semester (Friday 15 January 2027).

Please note that the tuition fee due is the total amount of fees payable after any applicable scholarships have been deducted.


Year 2, Year 3

Stage One 

Stage 1 – £8,000 is due to be paid before enrolment, failure to complete the additional enrolment payment will prevent enrolment. 

Stage Two 

The balance of fees is to be paid in a single instalment by the end of the first semester (Friday 15 January 2027). 

Please note that the tuition fee due is the total amount of fees payable after any applicable scholarships have been deducted.

Should students fail to make their payments on time will have sanctions placed on their accounts.

Full Fee Payment

As an alternative, students can choose to pay tuition fees in full prior to or during enrolment.

2026/27 Entry Postgraduate Study

Whichever method you choose, you will be asked to pay your fees in two stages.

Year One

Stage One

A deposit of £8,000 is due after you accept an unconditional offer and before we issue you with a CAS number.

Whichever method you choose, you will be asked to pay your fees in two stages.

International Foundation/International Year One

Stage One: A £8000.00 deposit is to be paid on receipt of an unconditional offer, the amount will be listed on your offer letter. This applies to students who require a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS).  Sponsorship letters will be accepted providing that the correct letter structure is adhered to.

Stage Two: The balance of fees is to be paid in a single instalment by the end of the first semester (Friday 15 January 2027).

Please note that the tuition fee due is the total amount of fees payable after any applicable scholarships have been deducted.

Pre-Master's

Stage One: A £8000.00 deposit is to be paid on receipt of an unconditional offer, the amount will be listed on your offer letter. This applies to students who require a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). Sponsorship letters will be accepted providing that the correct letter structure is adhered to.

Stage Two: The balance of fees is to be paid in a single instalment by the end of the first semester (Friday 15 January 2027).

Sponsorship Letters

Sponsorship letters (from commercial bodies only, not a private individual such as a friend or relative) will be accepted during stage one providing that the correct letter structure is adhered to. The letter should:

  • Be on letter headed paper, be addressed to the ËÄ»¢Ó°ÊÓ, and signed by your line manager or director.
  • Contain contact details of the person/department responsible for payment of your fees.
  • Include your name, the academic year you are being sponsored for, the programme title, and the sponsorship amount.
  • Any sponsorship amounts should be shown in GBP. 

If your sponsor requires a purchase order or other reference number quoting on their invoice, this should also be indicated on the letter. 

Please note that sponsors must pay in full within 30 days of receipt of invoice and cannot pay by instalments.

In Full

By Instalments

Tuition Fee Payment Terms 

International students from September 2026 will be required to pay their remaining fee in full by the end of the first term (Friday 15th January 2027). 

We no longer accept payment plans - students will receive an email reminder five days before the fee is due to allow time to make a payment. Please click on the link to make payment. Alternatively, you can make an appointment to see a Finance Officer in the Student Support Centre, and we can take card payments.  

Important Information 

Failure to make payment will result in suspension and restrictions being applied to your student account.  

Suspension of studies can have significant consequences for student visa holders and their ability to comply with all student visa conditions. The Student Support Centre have an International Advice team who can provide specialist support, should this apply to you. 

  • Suspension of access to Blackboard and other online learning resources. 
  • Delays in receiving your certificate, re-enrolling on your course, or graduating — until all outstanding fees have been paid in full. 
  • During suspension, students are not allowed to attend teaching, placements, access learning resource facilities, submit any assessments or take exams, and any assessments or exams submitted during suspension will be treated as a non-submission by Boards of Examiners. 

Important Notice – Bank Sanctions:

Students domiciled in or whose payments are to be initiated/originate from Syria, North Korea, Iran, The Crimean Peninsula including Sevastopol (region of Ukraine), Donetsk Peoples Republic (Donetsk), Luhansk Peoples Republic (Luhansk), Kherson & Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine, Cuba, Belarus & Russia.
